Hi,  by refering to this Bug 10929945 : ADD PROC OPT TO CHECK DATA SEL - SAR: 8146021..

there is a new processing option  added on process tab - option 3  process with no data selection

This UBE has been modified to provide users with a new                      

processing option not to allow running the UBE without data                 

selection. When this processing option is left as blank and                 

the user submits the UBE without any data selection, then                   

the system issues an error to Work Center and R31410E                       

(Error Message for Work Order Processing) displays an error                 

message.                                                    

The problem is when user had set it to be option 3 : 1 allowing data selection to blank and the data selection was not blank,, but yet it came up with the pdf error
