Siebel Report Access to Users

Dear All,

I have a scenario, after deploying the reports into Siebel and associating the reports to Views.

Ex: After deploying the Report i have assigned the Report to a particular "Organization" and "Position", But other users who are not associated with the organization are able to view the reports.

I am unable to restrict the report access to Users.
