Need Few Clearification on Delegation in AME

I have few question on delegation in AME,

1. When I am delegating PO/Requisition approval to anyone who do not have any approval limit in that case what will be happened for the approval?

2. If I add the approval dollar limit manually for delegate person , after that system will allow me to approve the requisition from notification level?
