Oracle ChRM and Oracle Demantra PTP/DSM

Hello,

Was reading some notes, and have a feeling that Oracle ChRM (i.e. Oracle Trade Management) kind of offers similar functionality as Demantra PTP/ DSM.

For example - end to end promotion planning, tracking, post-event analysis, predictive modeling and claims/ deductions management.

I have not used Oracle ChRM before so asking for help here - are these two like "One or the other ?" or "They complement one another" ?
