hi, pls help clarify below questions :

1. Before deploy package into PY,, the PY package must be built successfully in advance,  is that right ? 

2. Do i need to advance the project's objects from 21 to status 26 in OMW in order to deploy that package ?

3. Is there any way i can deploy PD's package Eg PD900FN01 into PY environment  w/o using PY 's package PYFN01 ? Using advanced get from PD into project 21 then advanced to 21- 26 ?
