No Legal Entity for New Operating Unit

Hi,

I have create new Operating unit and run replicate seed data request too and system generate the transaction sources for this new Operating unit and i want to create a new transaction source for new Operating unit for that when i enter the Operating unit it does not show any value in LOV of Legal Entity,Please guide me.
