Siebel Performance issue and hardware changes to correct them

Hi,

We have upgraded from Siebel 8.1.1.10 HI to Siebel 8.1.1.14 Open UI. After upgrade we are having many issues, mostly performance based.The siebel server, web server and gateway server have been installed on the same machine with 4 GB RAM capacity. There are 2 drives in the machine, Siebel server is installed in D Drive and Siebel Tools and Client in C Drive.

Could you please suggest if any change from the hardware side can be done in the Dev environment which we can recommend to the client to improve performance?

Please let me know if any other details are needed from my end.
