Sometimes when the user clicks the Cancel Button twice very vast in an EntepriseOne application he gets: You have been logged out of this application.

The user is not actually logged out of his session, but the application is gone. We see this behaviour with Tools Release 9.1.4.7 and 9.1.5.2.

How can we prevent this "loggod out" message (other than "do not click that fast")?
