Prepare for Migration , Backup and Restore (FDMEE and HFM)

Hai ,

I am using EPM 11.1.2.3

I just want know everything must be sure before Migration , Backup and  Restore (FDMEE and HFM)

1.  When we first set up fdmee in source system setting , we create folder for application source (type Flat/Excel) .

     a. If we Backup , are there inside in .rar Backup ?
     b.  if we migration , are there must copy manual ?

2. For there action (Migration , Backup and  Restore) can use LCM ?
