FDM : Invalid POV for a specific period

We use upsShell to launch our batch process since august and for an unknown reason, P03 (March) doesn't load but generate no errors (no .err files) in the FDM folders.

When we check in the Batch File Listing report, we can see that the "POV Valid" value is False.

In the Batch Error Listing, we have : Invalid POV = Location: EBS_PLAN,Period: p03 - 2015, Category: ACTUAL

We think that the POV error is related to period as it's the only thing that changed from Febuary to March :

01@EBS_PLAN@ACTUAL@P03 - 2015@RR.TXT (this one doesn't work)

01@EBS_PLAN@ACTUAL@P02 - 2015@RR.TXT (this one worked fine)
