Help tweaking a calcscript.

I would like some help tweaking a little calc script. I have inserted a screenshot of a portion of the outline.
We have the following calcscript. The "Total Compensation" member in the outline does not have the correct totals when we add new employees, and run this script. When I run a CalcAll, we get the correct totals. We want to run this script because it saves a lot of time over the calc all. I have tried a few things, but none have worked.
How can I adjust the calc script to get the "Total Compensation" to total correctly? Why is this not working? It was written by an advanced consultant.
