Why is the 12.1.0.2 version of Grid Infrastructure not on oracle.com downloads?

I went to oracle.com to get the latest version of grid infrastructure and only found 12.1.0.1.0  When I searched, I found many posts saying to download linuxamd64_12102_grid_1of2.zip and linuxamd64_12102_grid_2of2.zip.  But now only reference I can find is quite confusing on MOS doc id 1910494.1 to download patch 17694377.  Does anyone know if this is the only option?
