Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Linux Operating System (MOSC)

I have downloaded 4 iso-files for OEL 7.1 - now what should i do with those 4 files?

There are 4 files:

V74844-01.iso - 4.1 GB

V74845-01.iso - 350 MB

V74846-01.iso - 3.4 GB

V74847-01.iso - 2.2 GB

unfortuntely the README does nos contain any hint, what to do with all the files.

Do I need to merge them somehow?

Are they something like "minimal" and "maximum" installation-DVDs?
