12c DBUA does NOT detect 11204 database

I've one container DB of 12c (121010) running. I also have two 112040 DB running on same server. I want to upgrade one of the two 11gR2 databases to 12c. When I run DBUA from 12c ORACLE_HOME it is not dectecting 11gR2 DB. In fact it is decting the 12c DB to be upgraded to 12c itself. This on single intance but I'm using 12C grid infrastructure. Is there anything that I'm missing?

Below are the entries from /etc/oratab
