Need to update the existing Asset Numbers with sequence number

Hello Team,

 

We have a requirement, where we want to update all the existing asset number field with the new sequence number with the help of custom Business service, 

The question is how can we call the sequence number in script to update in to asset number field.

Any help will be appreciated.
