migration of fixed assets for our China office

Hi, we are planning a migration of fixed assets for our China office, they have about 15000 asset, these legacy assets needs to uploaded to both Corporate book and Statutory book. What would be most quicktest and least bothersome tool to upload assets. Is Web ADI still better option for R12.1.3. Do u have any better ways to do it ?
