Hi,

When attempting to create a parts requirements from the tools menu in debrief form, it occurs the error " Function not available to this responsibilities. Change responsibilities or contact system administrator."

The issue can be produced at will with the following steps:

Depot Repair Responsibility-----→Create Repair Order-------→Repair Task Tab------→Debrief Button-------→Tools Menu--------→Parts Requirements.
