we need to apply the patch 19287203 we are on R12.1.3 and see 2 versions of same patch

Hello,

we need to apply the patch 19287203, we are on EBusiness R12.1.3 while checking on metalink we can find two versions of the same patch as below on which the first is recommended by oracle.
we are currently on AD version level(R12.AD.B.5).
Please suggest which one we can apply.
