Need Fixed Assets Book report output in CSV (Excel)

Hi all,

Please help to get the output of Fixed Assets Book report in CSV (Excel) form either via RXi: Fixed Assets Book or RX-only: Fixed Assets Book (with Publish RX Reports). Actually we are finding the option of CSV to set in output format field; but output is coming in Text form instead of CSV.
