Essmsh command failed to initialized

Hello,

I am trying to generate the private and public keys using the MaxL command and when running the essmsh command I am geting "Essmsh command failed to initialized" error. I looked at the System variables under the Environment variables and could not find the EssbasePath and Path that points to essmsh.exe file. Do I also neeed to declare ARBORPATH as well in the System Variables?
