Is there a way to mass print amended T4s and XML File on 9.1?

We printed our T4's via BI Publisher which was great but now have a need to mass print amendments and send an XML file to support those amendments.  When I try running R77410 and turn the processing option on to print amendments I get nothing and BI doesn't create a file.
