Is there a way to temporarily disable/enable all EM alerts?

I am looking for a simple way to effectively blackout all alerts to prevent the thousands of emails we receive after restarting the OMS.  My current procedure is to disable the Incident Rules, but this is tedious because they have to be managed one at a time.  It would be nice if I could just select multiple rules and then disable/enable them, but that is currently an option.
