Upgrade EBS 11i to R12

Hi

i want to upgrade my application from 11.5.10.2 to R12 , My database version is 10.2.0.3 so want to upgrade ebs db version from 10.2.0.3 to 11g , please guide me that how i can perform these task , what will be the steps required for doing this job
