3rd party plugin in IP 2014

Hi,

We are working on IP 2014 mobile application. We are using fusion charts to display graphs but when we use the below syntax in the custom js file we are getting error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'normalize' of null",

define("siebel/custom/Dashboard",["3rdParty/fusioncharts/FusionCharts.jqueryplugin"]

define("siebel/custom/XEROX_Dashboard",["order!3rdParty/fusioncharts/FusionCharts.jqueryplugin"]

Is there a different syntax to include 3rd party files in custom js files ???
