Moving Oracle 10g Database Server Into New Subnet

Hi,

I am just about to move a Windows 2003 R2 server running Oracle Database 10g (10.2.0.1) into a new network subnet which will obviously require a change to the server's IP address. My concern is 2 fold:

1. will the change of IP address have an effect on the database availability

2. will the change of IP address have an effect on the EM being able to administer the database

If either of these to conditions is true, how would I go about solving the issue(s)? Also if I decide to go with a servername change at the same time, what effect will this have on the database and EM?
