RAT and Data Security question

I need some information on how RAT can integrate with data security/masking etc….   There is a concern of on data security for testing with production data.  I know Oracle Advanced Security features can help.  I need something that shows (if any) integration of the two tools (RAT and Oracle Advanced Security).
