Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I'm having an error when calling an receipt API. Does anyone know how to fix this issue.

Message1 ---Invalid customer transaction identifier.

Message2 ---APPLY : ORA-01403: no data found

Message3 ---ORA-01403: no data found in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Apply
