HI,

Customer is asking for a feature (from existing system), where the property is not available for leasing untill the property is marked as Checked Out i.e. it should not be the case that the property bcomes available for leasing based on the expiration of existing lease.There is a time frame needed for the property to be prepared for further leasing.

Is there a standard feature or workaround available on this ?
