Issue while migrating Request Set using FNDLOAD

We are trying to migrate changes to a request set. Using FNDLOAD to download and upload ldt file. The request set already exists in the target instance.

we are trying to migrate changes from source to target.

We have removed a few stages in the request and and added a few new ones. The new ones are getting migrated but the old ones are not deleted.

We looked at note 375031.1. but does not seem to relevant to us.

$FND_TOP/bin/FNDLOAD $username/$paswd O Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afcprset.lct FNDRSSUB1886_RS.ldt UPLOAD_MODE=REPLACE CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
