Query on Time Entry

Hi I have few queries on time entry application.

Is it possible to enter time entry for:

1.Crew Relationship- this will help to segment crew type under a Manager /project.

2.Want to do it for flooding by day or by crew size  - like 400 hours spent per week – should automatic spread equally per team member by work day – this helps to minimize manager’s key stroke

3. Implement per Diem feature – ability to enter per dime  by team members by day
