BUG in Critical Patch Update 01 2015 Solaris 10, Patch 149176-08 and 149175-08

I discovered a bug in the patch 149176-08 and 149175-08. This patch does not use the alternate boot environment, and will try to write to /etc/system on the live boot environment. I discovered this when we patch during new installation of solaris 10, and was trying to write to write to the alternate boot environment /a. Then the patch was trying to write to /etc/system which was not mounted yet. This bug prevents the rest of the patches to install in this scenario. In a live environment it will just patch the live enviroment, and if you used Live Upgrade to patch, that patch will not be
