'weblogic.xml:1174: Deploy script failed' while installing SIM 14.0

While installing SIM 14.0, i ended up having this error:

BUILD FAILED

/data/wls/sim/application/build.xml:1121: The following error occurred while executing this line:

/data/wls/sim/application/build.xml:1345: The following error occurred while executing this line:

/data/wls/sim/application/common/weblogic_scripts/weblogic.xml:1174: Deploy script failed.  The following error occurred while executing this line:

/data/wls/sim/application/common/weblogic_scripts/weblogic.xml:1489: exec returned: 1

Tried again a few times without changing anything, got MailSession issues.
