I would like to migrate my data base 9.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.4 version - is there a way to instead to upgr

We want to upgrade 9.2.0.4 database to 11.2.0.4, we want to avoid the installation of the patch 4547809, is there any way to do the upgrade without this pacth?
