Supplier name change has got an impact in iSupplier

Hello Experts

We have a scenario where the number of invoices that is displayed in internal access responsibility and external access do not match.

When we did the analysis we noticed that the supplier name is updated from ABC to ABCDE and suppliers are not able to see those invoices that are created after the name is updated

Any ideas?

We are in R12.1.2
