What is best way to configure a plan that has both electable coverage amounts (from 25K to 250K) and

Need to set up a Personal Accident Insurance plan that has four options (EE Only, EE + Child(ren), EE + Partner, Family) and also

has electable coverage amounts from min of 25K to max of 250K, in increments of 25K.

Is there a way to have the options electable AND have the coverage amounts be enterable as well?

Current set up has each option and each coverage level combined, but display in ESS is lengthy as there are so many options displayed (40 choices, 10 for each of the  4 plan options).
