Multi site replication issue - Child site not reachable to another child...

I have configure as below i.e C <-> A <--> B and no connection B to C as configured below

SITE  A  -> 1 Extract,  2 PUMP (i.e Site B, SITE C), 2 replicat ( i.e SITE B , SITE C)

SITE  B  -> 1 Extract,  1 PUMP (i.e Site A only , 1 replicat ( i.e SITE A only)

SITE  C  -> 1 Extract,  1 PUMP (i.e Site B only , 1 replicat ( i.e SITE B  only)

Here's problem is,  only A data is replicate to B &C.  C data reach only to A but not replicate to  B and vice versa B data reach only to A but not to C.
