I Experts I am getting one Error In AR Interface for two lines Error Reads as Duplicate Ship to Site

I Experts I am getting one Error In AR Interface for two lines Error Reads as Duplicate Ship to Site Use. I am not able to figure it out. I had a doubt that this site location could have been marked primary twice(i am not sure if this could be the reason) upon checking i found ) thuis ship to is linked to two customer (same ) one is deactivated at present only one is active.
