How do we change Applet title color using PR in Siebel Open UI

Hi Experts,

I am facing issues in changing applet title color for a  specific applet in 8.1.1.14 release using PR.Would it be possible for you to provide sample code(PR) changing applet title font color for a specific applet?

eg: Recent Record list applet is available in every homepage with title Recent Records.I have a requirement to show the title of the recent records in red color font...Please suggest a best way to do it using Open UI features...
