9.2 Maintenance Management not creating projections for all schedules

We are finding that Run Projections with all schedules for a particular month does not create all the projections for that month.  We ran April projections and received only 54 projections .  When we limited it to a range of schedules for the month of April, we received 250 projections!  We have approx. a little less than 5000 schedules.  Could there be a limitation in run projections?  Has anyone else seen this.  We are up to full PUM 3.0 and have applied all PUMs through PUM 7 for Maintenance Module.  Any guidance would be appreciated.
