Memory-based Planner error APP-MRP-22086

Hi ,

I always got 'APP-MRP-22086: mrlnw7_source_po: Cannot allocate memory for loc_atp' error when running MRP in EBS R12.1.3 (Solaris sparc64bit  5.10 ) .

Detail Error:

APP-MRP-22086: mrlnw7_source_po: Cannot allocate memory for loc_atp

Cause:        The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.

Action:        Contact your customer support representative.

Total memory usage: 2067043

I notice the "Total memory usage" always 2GB,  Is there any setting limits it ? 

I found some docs , and tried to enable 64-bit Planning by this steps:

1. check ulimit
