CSDT and Revision Tracking Corrupting the fw_uid

G'day,

I see this bug 20077114 that was fixed in patch 8 (11.1.1.8.0) that I thought might be related.

Recently, I turned revision tracking on as we were demoing workflows and users were practicing editing content. After a CSDT run, I noticed that all assets that were imported became locked by the system user (used to run CSDT import). I had to disable revision tracking since no bulk clear-checkout feature exists and there were hundreds of assets; there is no checkbox to select all in that screen.

In doing so, I noticed that all the fw_uids have changed. I only found out after noticing that the latest export pulled out a good number of assets and importing them to a previously imported server resulted in many (if not all) duplicated assets. This is a production nightmare.

Howdy, Stranger!
