Database migration tool from 11.2.0.4 to 12c

Hello

I want migrate my  8 Database 11.2.0.4.0 to 12c ( Linux RH 6.4 X88-64 ) . Is there a Migration tools to allow to upgrade DB in a easy way?  where can found documentation about it?
