Not able to debrief an item

Hi All,

Item nos. 744-02168-00P & 744-83404-00P (Service Request 3431484) are not able to be debreifed against the task, as error is showing. But the items are set up to be invoiceable and debreif enabled. Error is coming as 'No entries found for LOV'.

What setup is missing for these items. Find attached screenshot for this.
