Function not available to this responsibility Error while Clicking on Parts Button from Task tab

Hi,

While clicking Parts button available in Task tab, I am getting below error in upgraded version 12.1.3 where as we don't have issue in 12.1.2.

Error: "Function not available to this responsibility.Change responsibilities or contact system administrator"

Navigation: Field Service Manager Responsibility > Go to Task tab > Click on Parts button.
