Attempting To Change An Organization Item - Frm-40735 On-Lock Trigger Raised

Hi Team,

While making an Item "Customer Ordered" under the Order management at the 'ORG level" I am getting the attatched error. However we are able to make it "Customer Ordered" at the Master level.

Please advice the cause for this error. Also I searched the below doc in regards to the same issue but is there any other way we can use to fix this issue because we are in Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
