Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Oracle EBS 12.1.3 , PO Approve Button enabled for all PO's

We are on Oracle EBS 12.1.3

In our Purchase Order, The "Approve" Button is always enabled even when the Order is Approved or not.

We don't have any personalization or customized the PO form.

After researching it seems the standard functionality is the Approve button is disabled for approved PO's.

Does anyone know why in our case the Approve button is always enabled.
