Reason for Charge account not displayed in iProcurement

Dear All,

Can anyone suggest me various reasons for charge account not displaying in iProcurement requisition.

I set charge account in Employee record and iProc preference but still its throwing error stating contact System administrator. (We are not using inventory and Expense rule)
