Where do you find Ship-to Tax Exemption screen

I've looked in my oracle support (Doc ID's 760064.1, and 1389965.1) and have found that, for tax exemptions, it notes that the system honors exemptions in the following order

1 - Ship-to site

2 - if the ship-to site has no exemption then Bill To Party (not the bill to party site)

3 - if no exemption is found on the Bill-to party then no exemption is applied.

I can find the tax profile page on the Bill to Party, however, how to I locate the screen to enter exemptions on the Ship-to Site?

In AR when pulling up the Party the associated sites that have a business purpose of Ship-to do not appear to have a screen for tax exemptions.
