Accruals based on TCA Customer Hierarchy in Oracle Channel Revenue Management
Hello, is it possible to have Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) in ChRM?
In TCA, we have a hierarchy defined on 5 levels - i.e. National Acct, Regional Acct, Group, Banner, Ship-To
Example of the requirement, an offer is set up at the National acct level, business expects accruals and budget updates to happen for any orders that fall under that National acct in the customer hierarchy.
