Cygwin Error While Running Any Binary on Windows 7 64bit machine

Hi,

Getting below error while running any binary on Cygwin. While running mace "error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Machine is 64bit Windows 7. JAVA HOME, RPAS HOME, RIDE HOME all are set. JAVA version is 7. All file permissions are granted.

Earlier it was working fine but stop after rebuild due to machine crash.

Any Clue?
